Moneglia – Restoration and redevelopment

Conservative restoration project and works on the facades of a 1906 villa located in Liguria, with the aim of preserving the authenticity of the building, respecting traditional techniques and original materials. In addition, renovation works were carried out aimed at improving home energy efficiency, including the renovation of the plant systems and the adoption of sustainable solutions, such as thermal insulation and the installation of new fixtures compatible with the original ones. The interior frescoes, which decorate the most prestigious rooms of the villa, were delicately restored, bringing them back to light and restoring the liveliness of the original colors. The combination of modern and traditional techniques has made it possible to obtain a perfect balance between historical conservation and contemporary living comfort.
