General redevelopment of a historic building in central Milan of approximately 22,000 sqm used as executive offices, with adaptation to fire safety regulations of the common areas, demolation of the internal structure and complete remaking of the internal layouts, reorganization of the stairs, the entrance hall and its flooring, renovation and protection of the walls with stone decorations and friezes.
