Milano – Residential Building

In Milan, limited demolition of an old building used as a multi-storey car parking maintaining some structural elements in common with the near building until the new structure is completely built, excavation up to 11 m  depth with construction of concrete walls instead of pilings along with the progress of the excavation, subsequently, the construction of a new building with seven floors above ground for a total of approximately 5,000 sqm and three underground floors of garages and technical rooms for a total of 2,500 sqm, in energy class “A”.
